The breakfast is savoury and large and the location is excellent! 10 minutes drive to the airport, it is located to the Elements mall.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, right above the Airport Express Kowloon Station and the Element shopping mall. It made transportation, shopping, and dining incredibly convenient. The bed and pillows were unbelievably soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The staff was courteous, friendly, and professional, always accommodating our requests with a smile. The hotel also offered a stunning view, especially from the Marvelous Suite we stayed in. Additionally, the hotel had a great connection to the Elements mall, making it a perfect choice. The customer service was truly excellent, earning this hotel a perfect 10 out of 10.

The restaurant was astonishing for breakfast, I tried amazing dishes. The bed was very comfy, best sleep ever. The setting was quite unbeatable and excellent within easy reach of West Kowloon.

Convenient transportation, near highway station and MTR. Good place for shopping, with a mall nearby. Excellent service, treated as an honored guest and made to feel at home.

Location not ideal, far from popular areas like Tsim Sha Tsui and Hong Kong. Unable to see the Victoria Harbor light show.

something really surprised me in negative: such an expensive and contemporary hotel does not give guests free internet, not enven in the room. perhaps, is also very expensive and it goes by clock hours, not based on actuale usage time. this was very bad news for me, really. W aims at customers that are basically heavy internet users...... so........ why ?????

Having heard so much about the W brand, we were excited to experience it ourselves. And boy, were we blown away! The service at the front desk was exceptional, with a warm welcome from Ms. Tawan and Mr. Hay. They even upgraded us to a full ocean view room and treated us to complimentary drinks at the Woobar. The room itself was stunning and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We will definitely be coming back to W for future stays. we highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful experience and personalized service.

Equipment and facilies are trememdous

We booked for two standard room with 4 peoples But hotel have upgraded us to suit room, of coure room Is big and look great but only one king size bed So how could we live. When we had complaint, front Staff offer us only one extra bed and pay for other. This should not happened as booked for 4 guest and 2 rooms

Location is great, convenient, just above the Elements mall. easy to find food. they have shuttle service to Tsim Sha Tsui area. In town check in is just below the hotel.

We would love to go back to have once again a very good holiday. It's extremely convenient place to stay 3 km away from Hong Kong Skyline. The building is very comfortable and the rooms are nicely furnished and top-notch. The location is convenient, the check in is early. The hotel is in a very very nice area.

Design and some equipment does not match with comfortable, we can not closed water in shower room during soaping because it makes from stainless steel and very slippery. This is design goob but does not work
